At the same time, his colleague, Deputy Bakyt Chomoev, emphasized the importance of creating an underground pedestrian crossing on the Bishkek–Kara-Balta highway. He noted that there is a school nearby, and frequent accidents involving students occur due to the intense traffic of vehicles.
In response, the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Beknazar Bazaraliev reported that the construction of the underground crossing at the 28th kilometer of the road has already been included in the title list for the current year, and 10 million soms have been allocated for its financing.
Additionally, the meeting discussed the condition of the country's automobile and internal roads managed by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as well as the implementation of ratified laws concerning the reconstruction and construction of road infrastructure.
