He expressed dissatisfaction with the narrow width of the road being built by the "China Road" company in the Leilek district, which in some places does not reach two meters. Deputy Suyunbek Omurzakov also raised the issue of the need to include the asphalting of the Myrzake-Kara-Kulja-Alayku road in the republican budget.
Deputy Zhyldyz Talaibek kyzy pointed out the necessity of improving the condition of internal roads in the regions and inquired about the timeline for the completion of the Naryn-Bayotov road construction. The Deputy Minister reported that the total length of the road is 112 kilometers, of which 80 kilometers remain to be completed. He added that contracts have been signed this year with two companies to finish laying the first layer.
Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva reported the suspension of preparations for the repair of the road connecting the villages of Achi, Shatrak, Soku-Tash, Ak-Terek, and Alchaluu of the Kyzyl-Tuu rural administration, and emphasized the need to resume work. The speaker confirmed that the work will be completed this year.
Deputy Rakhmat Junushbaeva highlighted the importance of completing the construction of the southern road between Balakchy and Karakol before the start of the tourist season, noting that the work has been ongoing for 5 years.
Deputy Nurjamal Torobekova inquired about the status of work on the Osh-Sary-Tash-Erkesh-Tam highway. At the same time, Bakhridin Shabazov raised the issue of completing the construction of the northern bypass road around Bishkek and several roads in the Issyk-Ata district. Gulsharkan Kultaeva added that reliable large companies should be chosen for the implementation of road projects to avoid delays caused by small intermediaries. Ravshanbek Rysbaev also raised the issue of constructing a road to the Abshyr-Ata recreation area.
Gulnara Akimbaeva noted that the condition of roads has a direct impact on the economic development of the country and the transport accessibility of regions, and touched upon issues of attracting investments in road infrastructure and improving construction quality. Kubanychbek Samakov emphasized the importance of ensuring high quality in road construction, calling for the prevention of deficiencies during the execution of work.
The leader of the "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" deputy group, Nurbek Sydygaliev, noted the active work of the relevant ministry on the development of the road network and emphasized the need for timely completion of projects in the Naryn-Ak-Talaa and Issyk-Kul regions. As a result of the discussion, the information from the Ministry of Transport and Communications was taken into account.
Additionally, the meeting heard information about the activities of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry regarding the improvement of the irrigation system and the provision of drinking water to the population, as well as control over capital construction. The deputies noted the importance of timely preparation of the irrigation system for spring fieldwork.
