As noted by the Ministry of Construction, the project covers a section of Kozhomberdieva Street, located between Jayil Baatyr and Krylov Streets. The development of the project took into account requirements in the fields of urban planning, ecology, and architecture. The main goal of this project is to create a modern, safe, and comfortable public space.

As part of the improvement process, the creation of public transport stops, as well as the construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, is planned. Lighting will be installed with poles of 3 and 12 meters in height, small architectural forms will be organized, along with landscaping and parking spaces.
In addition, the project includes the implementation of a unified design code for buildings along the improved roadway, which will help to streamline the architectural appearance of this area.
