In 2011, Talant Eraliyev graduated from the S. M. Kirov Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg with a degree in "General Medicine." After that, he completed an internship in surgery and a primary qualification course in interventional cardiology in Almaty.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a senior resident in the surgical department of the Military Hospital in Osh, as well as an interventional cardiologist at the "Cardio Asia Plus" medical center. From 2016 to 2022, he held the position of head of the surgical department of the same hospital while also working in other institutions.
Talant Eraliyev holds a PhD in medical sciences, having defended his dissertation at the Institute of Circulatory Pathology in Novosibirsk. He is also the chairman of the "Kyrgyz Scientific Medical Society of X-ray Endovascular Surgeons."
Jalil Sheyshenov

Education: higher medical.
Jalil Sheyshenov graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy in 1999 and completed a clinical residency in cardiovascular surgery. He worked as a cardiac surgeon at the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation and then headed the cardiac surgery department in Kazakhstan.
From 2023 to January 2026, he served as the chief physician at the Scientific Clinical Center "Bishkek Cardio." Sheyshenov also defended his PhD in medical sciences and is the author of numerous scientific publications and patents.
Throughout his career, he has actively participated in scientific activities and has been awarded honorary certificates from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
