The staff of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after M. Mirrakhimov today received a new director — Talant Eraliyev.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, at the ceremony introducing the new leader, the first deputy minister Aibek Matkerimov emphasized the importance of clear and coordinated work in the cardiology assistance system.
“The previously identified problems highlight the need for management decisions. We hope that the new team will ensure discipline, organization in processes, and high clinical results,” he noted.

Talant Kakanovich Eraliyev,
born in 1987, nationality — Kyrgyz.
He received higher medical education, graduating in 2011 from the Military Medical Academy named after S. M. Kirov in St. Petersburg with a degree in "General Medicine".
From 2011 to 2012, he completed an internship in "Surgery", and then in 2012 in Almaty, he completed a primary qualification course in interventional cardiology at the "SEMA" medical center.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a senior resident in the surgical department of the Military Hospital in Osh.
In 2013–2014, he also worked as an interventional cardiologist at the "Cardio Asia Plus" medical center in Osh.
From 2016 to 2022, he held the position of head of the surgical department of the Military Hospital in Osh, while also working as a physician in X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at "Cardio Asia Plus" and as an endovascular surgeon at the Osh Regional Combined Clinical Hospital.
From 2019 to 2023, he served as the head of the medical service and deputy head of the Military Hospital in Osh.
In 2022–2023, he worked as a physician in X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at the "EUROCLINIC" medical center in Osh.
From 2022 to January 2026, he held the position of physician in X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at the "Kyrgyzstan-Russia" clinic in Osh.
Eraliyev is a candidate of medical sciences, a degree awarded by the Institute of Circulatory Pathology named after Academician E. N. Meshalkin in Novosibirsk.
Additionally, he headed the "Kyrgyz Scientific Medical Society of X-ray Endovascular Surgeons".
