The previous director, Samidin Shabyraliev, left his post as a result of an on-site inspection. The Ministry of Health emphasized that when selecting new leaders, young but qualified specialists will be considered, including those with international experience.
Brief Biography of Jalil Sheishenov:
Jalil Sheishenov was born in 1975. In 1999, he graduated from the I. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy, obtaining a degree in "General Medicine." From 1999 to 2002, he completed a clinical residency in cardiovascular surgery at the Scientific Educational Center of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy.- From 2002 to 2007, he worked as a cardiac surgeon in the department of acquired heart defects at the Scientific Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation.
- From 2007 to 2021, he held the position of head of the cardiac surgery department at the Scientific Clinical Center for Cardiac Surgery and Transplantation in Taraz, Kazakhstan. In 2021–2023, he was the deputy director for medical work at the same center.
- From 2023 to January 2026, he served as the chief physician of the scientific clinical center "Bishkek Cardio."
- In 2012, he defended his PhD dissertation at the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia. He is the author of four patents for innovations and more than 40 scientific articles, as well as 12 reports presented at international conferences.
- From 2010 to 2023, he worked as the chief specialist in cardiac surgery and an independent expert in the Health Department of the Zhambyl Region, Kazakhstan.
- Sheishenov actively engages in organizational and methodological work with primary care physicians, providing consultations using telemedicine and air ambulance services.
- During his work in Kazakhstan, he was awarded honorary certificates from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the badge "Excellence in Health Care."
