Repeat elections in district No. 13. 3 candidates have submitted applications to participate in the elections.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums is starting to accept applications from citizens wishing to participate in the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for district No. 13, scheduled for March 1, 2026.
So far, the following applications have been submitted:

- Ulanbek Zhalalovich Asanov, born on November 30, 1970, currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Open Joint Stock Company "Issuer of Virtual Assets".
- Erkinbek Sadirbekovich Mamatayev, born on January 23, 1972, is currently unemployed.
- Akylbek Sovetbekovich Arstanbekov, born on April 2, 1965, is the Chairman of the Board of the Non-State Pension Fund "Kyrgyzstan".
The acceptance of applications will close 30 days before the voting day, that is, on January 29, 2026, at 18:00.
