From Lawyer to Head of the RES: Who is Running in the Repeat Elections for District No. 13

The Central Election Commission continues to collect applications from citizens wishing to participate in the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for multi-mandate constituency No. 13. Voting is scheduled for March 1, 2026.

Participants are reminded that the application deadline is one month before the elections — January 29, 2026, at 18:00.

Currently, the CEC has registered applications from the following candidates who have nominated themselves:

• Akyilbek Sovetbekovich Arstanbekov (date of birth — 02.04.1965), chairman of the board of the NPF "Kyrgyzstan";
• Erkinbek Sadirbekovich Mamatayev (date of birth — 23.01.1972), currently unemployed;
• Ulanbek Zhalalovich Asanov (date of birth — 30.11.1970), chairman of the board of directors of JSC "Issuer of Virtual Assets";
• Baktybek Asanovich Asamudinov (date of birth — 30.05.1966), representative of the Bar Association of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Tokturaly Kaldarovich Kalmatov (date of birth — 29.05.1976), private entrepreneur;
• Ulanichbek Kaldarbekovich Cholponov (date of birth — 01.03.1981), head of the Bazar-Korgon RES.
