In District No. 13, 9 candidates have submitted applications for the repeat elections to the Jogorku Kenesh.
The repeat voting has been scheduled due to the annulment of the results of the previous elections because of violations related to bribery and pressure on voters.
Citizens wishing to nominate their candidacies for the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in single-member district No. 13 can submit their applications to the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums. The voting date is set for March 1, 2026.
Currently, 9 candidates have participated in the elections:
• Matsakov Bakyt Kalbaevich (born 1989) — director of LLC "BOUL"
• Abdyrazakova Gulnara Pazylzhanovna (born 1976) — head of the GTS department for the southern region
• Matsakov Kadyrbek Musaevich (born 1977) — private lawyer
• Cholponov Ulanichbek Kaldarbekovich (born 1981) — head of the Bazar-Korgon RES
• Kalmatov Toktorali Kaldarovich (born 1976) — private entrepreneur
• Asamudinov Baktybek Asanovich (born 1966) — lawyer
• Asanov Ulanbek Zhalalovich (born 1970) — chairman of the board of directors of JSC "Issuer of Virtual Assets"
• Mamataev Erkinbek Sadirbekovich (born 1972) — currently unemployed
• Arstanbekov Akylbek Sovetbekovich (born 1965) — chairman of the board of the NPF "Kyrgyzstan"
The acceptance of applications will last until January 29, 2026 (inclusive, until 18:00).
It is worth reminding that the results of the parliamentary elections held on November 30, 2025, in district No. 13 were completely annulled by the CEC due to numerous cases of bribery and pressure on voters, which became the basis for conducting repeat elections.
