The construction of the Papanskaya Hydroelectric Power Station in the Osh region continues.
Currently, the following work has been completed:
· The construction of a temporary access road with a length of 8 kilometers to the site of the hydroelectric power station buildings has been completed.
· A land plot has been allocated for the construction of a water intake in the Papanskoye Reservoir basin.
· The procedure for land allocation and transformation for the construction of a production unit, which includes the HPP building and an open switchgear with a voltage of 110 kV (OSG-110 kV), is underway.
· Technical conditions for the use of electricity during the construction period have been developed and approved.
· Issues regarding land allocation for the installation of supports for the overhead power line VL-110 kV from the Papanskaya HPP towards the VL-110 kV "Uzlova - Besh-Moynok" are being addressed.
In addition, the design and estimate documentation is being developed, a preliminary construction plan has been determined, access to the territory of the Papanskoye Reservoir has been obtained, and engineering surveys are ongoing.
Let us remind you that on October 5, 2024, a ceremonial capsule-laying ceremony for the Papanskaya HPP took place.
