Control over the sale of meat in the markets of Bishkek continues, - Ministry of Agriculture

The markets of the capital, such as "Alamedin," "Orto-Sai," and "Dordoy-Dyikan," continue their operations, offering wholesale meat sales from early morning — from 5:00 to 6:00. This allows residents and entrepreneurs of the city to be supplied with quality products, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Every product that arrives at the counters undergoes mandatory veterinary control. Before granting permission for sale, laboratory specialists check the origin of the meat and the presence of all necessary documents.

This approach is aimed at protecting public health and preventing the sale of substandard products. Continuous monitoring of compliance with sanitary and veterinary standards in the city's markets is being conducted.
