The Ministry of Agriculture explained how meat sellers are monitored at the capital's markets
In the markets of Bishkek, such as "Alamedin," "Orto-Sai," and "Dordoy-Dyikan," wholesale points for meat sales continue to operate. Trading begins from 5:00 to 6:00 AM.
Before meat products reach the market, they undergo mandatory veterinary control. Employees of the on-site veterinary laboratory check the origin of the meat, the presence of accompanying documents, and veterinary certificates before issuing permission for sale.
The control measures are aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens and preventing the sale of products that do not meet established quality standards, the agency emphasized.
