During the meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh dedicated to agricultural policy and ecology, the Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Industry Bakyt Torobaev shared information about preparations for the spring fieldwork.
According to his statement, there are currently 40.4 thousand tons of diesel fuel and 9.7 thousand tons of gasoline available in sufficient quantities at gas stations.
“In addition, the State Material Reserves Fund has allocated 7 million tons of diesel, which will be sold to farmers at a price of 74 soms per liter. We are confident that this year there will be no problems with the supply of fuel and lubricants,” Torobaev added.
