The presentation took place as part of the "Government Accelerators" program.
At the World Government Summit in Dubai, the first side event titled "Economic Growth Model of Kyrgyzstan 'Snow Leopard': Government Accelerators, Institutions, and Investments" was held.
During the event, participants were able to watch a short video demonstrating the experience of implementing the Emirati program "Government Accelerators" in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Among those present at the side event were the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, the UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Suhail Mohammed Al-Mazroui, as well as leaders from both local and international organizations and business structures.
Kasymaliev noted that this economic growth model is based on three key areas: government accelerators, strong institutions, and investments. He emphasized that the government accelerators program has made significant changes in public administration. With its help, the Kyrgyz government began implementing targeted 100-day reforms aimed at addressing pressing issues. As a result, 17 reforms have already been successfully implemented, significantly simplifying processes in areas such as construction, preschool education, healthcare, land legislation, and international transportation. Bureaucratic procedures have been reduced, and decision-making times have been significantly shortened.
Kasymaliev added: "It is important to note that the results of the reforms have been positively received by the population."
