On February 3, in Dubai, as part of the World Government Summit, a side event titled "The Economic Growth Model of Kyrgyzstan 'Snow Leopard': Government Accelerators, Institutions, and Investments" took place. This was reported by the information management of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE Suhail Mohammed Al-Mazrouei, as well as leaders of international organizations and business structures.

Kasymaliev noted that the "Snow Leopard" is based on three main directions: government accelerators, strong institutions, and investments. He emphasized that the implementation of the accelerator program allowed for 17 reforms to be carried out in 100 days, simplifying administrative procedures in areas such as construction, education, healthcare, and transportation, as well as reducing bureaucracy.
As part of the reforms aimed at debureaucratizing the public service, seven presidential decrees, 19 laws, and 22 Cabinet decisions were adopted.The head of the Cabinet also added that over the past four years, the economy of Kyrgyzstan has grown by an average of 9–10% per year.
At the summit, Kasymaliev, on behalf of President Sadyr Japarov, awarded the Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the UAE, Chairman of the World Government Summit Mohammed Abdullah Al-Gergawi with the "Dostuk" Order for his contribution to the development of Kyrgyz-Emirati cooperation and support for the government accelerator program.

The panel discussion held as part of the side event gathered members of the Kyrgyz delegation and representatives of the UAE Prime Minister's office, where development priorities, results of debureaucratization, and approaches to transforming public administration were presented.

Discussion participants noted that the ongoing reforms contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan and creating conditions for the implementation of industrial and innovative projects.
It was noted that the presented experience has aroused interest among international delegations and experts ready for further study of Kyrgyzstan's reform model.
