As part of the World Government Summit held in Dubai, a unique side event titled "Model of Economic Growth of Kyrgyzstan 'Snow Leopard': Government Accelerators, Institutions, and Investments" took place. This was reported by the press service of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the event, participants were shown a short video demonstrating the experience of implementing the Emirati program "Government Accelerators" in Kyrgyzstan.

"This is the first time we are holding such a side event at the World Government Summit dedicated to the economic growth of Kyrgyzstan. It is a great opportunity to talk about the achievements of our country and the unique model we have named 'Snow Leopard'," noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.

He added that the model of economic growth is based on three key areas: government accelerators, strong institutions, and investments. This initiative has brought innovations to the field of public administration. Within the framework of the program, Kyrgyzstan is implementing targeted 100-day reforms aimed at addressing the most pressing issues. Since the launch of the program, 17 reforms have been successfully implemented.

"Over the past four years, the average annual economic growth rate of Kyrgyzstan has been 9-10 percent. According to the IMF, by 2025 the country will be among the top three in the world in terms of real GDP growth rates. The budget has tripled, and GDP has increased by more than 2.5 times. We have proven that even with limited resources, the state can create conditions for accelerated development. I am confident that the 'Snow Leopard' model can be beneficial for many countries with developing economies," he emphasized.
