The western part of the country will be cloudy. In the mountainous regions of Khangai and Khuvsgul, as well as in the Orkhon-Selenge basin, rain and an approaching storm are expected. In other regions, there will be variable cloudiness without precipitation. In the western and central aimags, the wind will change direction from northwest to southwest, while in other areas it will shift from southwest at 7-12 meters per second, whereas in the northern part of the country, wind speeds will reach 14-16 meters per second.
The temperature in the areas of Lake Uvs, the Darhad Basin, the mountain ranges of Khangai and Khuvsgul, the source of the Zavkhan River, in the Khürenbelchir area, as well as in the valleys of the Ider and Tes rivers will be +1…+6°C. In the Great Lakes Basin, the Orkhon and Selenge basins, as well as in the southwestern part of the Gobi, the temperature will range from +12…+17°C, while in other areas it will be +7…+12°C.
In Ulaanbaatar, cloudy weather without precipitation is expected. The wind will change direction from southwest to northwest at a speed of 5-10 meters per second. During the day, the temperature will rise to +10-+12°C. The relative humidity will be 42%, and atmospheric pressure will remain at 865 hPa.
