During the monitoring of the EAIS software and the analysis of accompanying documents, violations were established. The agency noted that in some documents, the year of manufacture of the vehicles did not match the information contained in the VIN codes.
For instance, on May 5, 2025, a FAW JIEFANG truck arrived at the MTO "Naryn," with documents indicating a year of manufacture of 2020. However, according to the international standard ISO 3779, the tenth position of the VIN - the letter K - indicates 2019. The amount payable as customs duties amounted to 231,591 soms.
All materials related to the identified cases have been forwarded to the Investigative Department of the State Customs Service. As a result of the conducted activities, 3,343,704 soms were collected for the budget of Kyrgyzstan.
