
During the analysis and monitoring of data, specialists from the main department for combating smuggling discovered regular cases of falsification of the year of manufacture of vehicles and the provision of false documentation. This, in turn, led to insufficient payment of customs duties.

According to the agency's information, the following cases were recorded:
- On November 28, 2023, a DONGFENG truck was presented at the MTO "Naryn" with a declared year of manufacture of 2019. However, checking the VIN code showed that the actual year of manufacture was 2016, resulting in an additional charge of 1 million 802 thousand 135 soms.
- On May 12, 2024, K.G.E. LLC imported five quarry dump trucks, indicating the year of manufacture as 2022. Data analysis revealed that the vehicles were manufactured in 2021, leading to additional charges of 3 million 494 thousand 811 soms.
- From August to September 2025, K.B.G. LLC imported 13 dump trucks, declaring them as 2023 models. However, an examination showed that the actual year of manufacture was 2020–2021, resulting in an additional charge of 8 million 93 thousand 379 soms.
- On December 15, 2025, IVECO vehicles were delivered to K.S. LLC at the MTO "Naryn" with a declared year of manufacture of 2020. The forensic examination established that the factory numbers of the chassis and parts had been altered, and the actual year of manufacture was 2008–2010. As a result, 2 million 148 thousand 98 soms were collected.

All collected materials were sent to the investigative department of the GCS for further legal proceedings.
As a result of these activities, 15 million 538 thousand 423 soms were collected for the state budget.
