GTS: 15.5 million soms fined for inaccurate vehicle declaration

For example, on November 28, 2023, at the MTO "Naryn," a DONGFENG truck was declared with a manufacturing year of 2019. However, a check using the VIN code revealed that the actual model year was 2016. As a result of the recalculation, 1,802,135 soms were collected for the budget.
Also, on May 12, 2024, the company OsOO "K.G.E." imported five dump trucks with a declared manufacturing year of 2022. Analysis showed that the actual year was 2021, which resulted in an additional charge of 3,494,811 soms.
From August to September 2025, OsOO "K.B.G." brought in 13 dump trucks, declaring the manufacturing year as 2023. However, the inspection established that the actual years were 2020 and 2021.
