The identified violations concerned the indication of incorrect manufacturing years of the cars, which occurred due to the submission of false documents and led to insufficient payment of customs duties.
In particular, the following cases were recorded:
• On November 28, 2023, at the MTO "Naryn," when importing a DONGFENG cargo truck, the declared manufacturing year was 2019; however, a VIN code check revealed that the actual model year was 2016. As a result of recalculation, 1,802,135 soms were collected.
• On May 12, 2024, the company OsOO "K.G.E." imported five quarry dump trucks with a declared manufacturing year of 2022. However, the actual year turned out to be 2021, resulting in an additional charge of 3,494,811 soms.
• From August to September 2025, OsOO "K.B.G." imported 13 dump trucks, indicating the manufacturing year as 2023. During the inspection, it was established that the actual data corresponded to the years 2020-2021. As a result, additional payments amounting to 8,093,379 soms were assessed without applying any benefits.
• On December 15, 2025, at the MTO "Naryn," vehicles from IVECO with a declared manufacturing year of 2020 arrived for OsOO "C.S."
According to the results of the examination conducted by the Forensic Expert Service under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, changes in the factory chassis numbers and the use of components produced in 2008-2010 were identified. As a result, 2,148,098 soms were collected.
All materials regarding the mentioned facts have been forwarded to the Investigation Department of the State Customs Service for further legal assessment. As a result of all inspections, a total of 15,538,423 soms were collected for the state budget of Kyrgyzstan.
