Citizens Granted Direct Access to the Prime Minister via E-Mongolia and D-Gov.mn
Starting from January 13, 2026, citizens will be able to send their questions and suggestions directly to the Prime Minister through the E-Mongolia and D-Gov.mn platforms.
For several years now, the government has been implementing the D-Gov.mn electronic governance system, which is part of a strategy aimed at meeting the interests of citizens and actively engaging society. This portal allows the population to propose initiatives and suggest solutions on various issues that, if they receive sufficient support, can be discussed at Cabinet meetings for further decision-making.
Now, in addition to the hotline 11-11, citizens have additional opportunities to reach out to the Prime Minister through two digital platforms, where they can ask questions of interest and propose their ideas.
