The audit revealed financial violations totaling 4 million 416.4 thousand soms, of which 1 million 234.4 thousand soms are subject to reimbursement. During the audit process, 462.2 thousand soms were restored to the budget. The majority of violations are related to illegal salary payments (2 million 706.3 thousand soms) and excessive travel expenses (1 million 224.2 thousand soms). Additionally, expenses amounting to 485.7 thousand soms were not supported by the necessary documentation.
Procedural violations were also identified, totaling 25 million 331.5 thousand soms. This includes non-compliance with legislative requirements in salary calculations, accounting practices, and public procurement processes. Instances of unaccounted assets, insufficient reflection of accounts receivable and payable, as well as exceeding limits on utility expenses were also discovered.
The results of the audit were discussed at a meeting of the Accounts Chamber council, where recommendations were made for improving financial discipline, addressing the identified violations, and more effective use of budgetary funds.
