Judo athlete from Kyrgyzstan won bronze at the Open Masters Games-2026

At the Open Masters Games-2026, held in the United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyz judo athlete Dastanbek Nurmanbetov won a bronze medal in the category for athletes over 30 years old.

According to information provided by the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurmanbetov began the competition with a victory over a representative from Jordan. However, in the second round, he suffered a defeat against an athlete from Uzbekistan. Unsatisfied with this result, in the third round he demonstrated excellent performance, defeating an opponent from Kazakhstan and ultimately securing third place in the tournament.
