The Ivan Yarygin Cup took place in Krasnoyarsk from January 29 to February 1.
The Kyrgyz team consisted of 15 wrestlers who performed successfully at the competition, winning two awards.
Dilnaz Sazanova took second place in the weight category up to 62 kg, earning a silver medal. This achievement marked the second silver for the Kyrgyz national team at this tournament; a similar result was previously achieved by Aisuluu Tynybekova in 2015.
Nurzat Nurtayeva, competing in the weight class up to 72 kg, finished the competition in third place and won a bronze medal.
