The inspection conducted by the Land and Water Supervision Service revealed cases of misuse of land in the Chui region.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, it was established that in the village of Kashka-Suu, located in the Baytik rural district of the Alamudun region, a plot of land measuring 0.72 hectares, which is classified as rain-fed arable land and is within contour No. 1220, was used for purposes other than intended.
In particular, the owner of the plot, citizen B.T.Z., instead of engaging in agriculture, organized a recreation area on this territory called "Karting-Buggy".
As a result of the inspection, measures were taken in accordance with Article 239 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and a fine was imposed on the citizen.
“He was also issued a directive to use the land plot for its intended purpose. In case of repeated misuse, measures will be taken according to Articles 65, 66, and 67 of the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the statement noted.
