The inspection of the buggy karting facility "Buggy Drom," located in the village of Kashka-Suu, was conducted by a special commission that included representatives from the Chui Regional Department of Urban Development and Architecture, as well as the Baytik-Baatyr Ayil Okmotu. This information was provided by the Ministry of Construction.

During the inspection, it was found that there is a track for ATVs on the premises, surrounded by car tires. Auxiliary structures were also discovered, such as a container and a garage, intended for the storage and maintenance of equipment.

Additionally, a cable for electricity supply was laid on the plot designated for agricultural use; however, the relevant documentation for this is absent. At the time of the inspection, the electricity supply had been stopped. Such actions, as well as the use of land for purposes other than intended, entail serious violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is also worth noting that the facility operates without the necessary project documents and permits, which were not provided at the time of inspection.

As a result of the inspection, the owner was issued a directive, and the activities of the buggy karting "Buggy Drom" were suspended until the identified violations are rectified.

Monitoring of the correction of violations will continue, and measures will be taken in accordance with current legislation if necessary.
