From early morning, many local residents and tourists gathered in the mosques for a joint prayer. All events were conducted according to the regulations established by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (DUMK):
- 07:30 — reading of the Quran and religious sermons (bayans).
- 08:30 — conducting the Eid prayer, after which a collective prayer for peace and prosperity of the country followed.
The ceremony was attended by Bakytbek Zhetigenov, the plenipotentiary representative of the president in the Issyk-Kul region, as well as other local authorities. Addressing those gathered, they congratulated everyone on the end of the holy month of Orozo, expressing wishes for peace and unity for the people of Kyrgyzstan.
Spiritual leaders in their sermons emphasized that Orozo Eid is a holiday of mercy, help, and forgiveness. They reminded everyone of the importance of good deeds and the duty of every Muslim to support those in need and care for their neighbors.
