On March 20, a festive Eid prayer will take place in Bishkek in honor of Orozo Ait. The venue will be the Old Square named after T. Usubaliev, as reported by the information from the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (DUMK).
The decision to hold the prayer in an open area was made at the request of the citizens and with the approval of the president.
Schedule of events for the Eid prayer in Bishkek:
07:00 – 07:30 – reading of the prayer;
07:30 – 07:40 – speech by moderator Shukur Azhy Ismailov;
07:40 – 08:10 – religious instructions from Zholdoshbek Azhy Abdildaev and Bakyt Azhy Kaiykev;
08:10 – 08:30 – speech by the Mufti regarding the order and rules for performing the Eid prayer;
08:20 – 08:30 – formation of rows;
08:30 – 08:50 – festive prayer and dua.
It should be noted that in other regions of the country, the Eid prayer will take place in mosques.
Earlier, the muftiyat informed that the festive prayer for Orozo Ait will be conducted exclusively in mosques.
