Representatives of the organization emphasized that "Tunduk" does not store or process data about citizens' pension accounts, but only transmits information received from the departmental database of the authorized body in real-time.
According to information from JSC "Tunduk," any changes in the amounts of pension savings, including annual capitalization of interest and recalculations, occur on the data source's side. The company only transmits information that comes from the relevant agency at the time of the request.
It was also stated by JSC that intervention in the data from their side is impossible.
Citizens who notice discrepancies in the displayed amounts are advised to request a detailed statement and official clarifications from the Social Fund of Kyrgyzstan by calling the hotline at 1202.
In conclusion, representatives of the company noted that their main task is to provide users with convenient and quick access to information, while questions regarding the methodology of accruals and the accuracy of the balance should be addressed to specialists from the relevant agency.
