The Ministry of Digital Development explained the operation of 'Tunduk' in connection with changes in pension savings amounts

In response to citizens' inquiries regarding adjustments to pension savings amounts in the 'Tunduk' application, the Ministry of Digital Development provided clarifications on the operation of this service:

How is the information displayed?

JSC 'Tunduk' acts as a technical operator, providing a 'digital window' for access to government services. However, we do not store, process, or modify data about your pension accounts. The information you see in the application comes directly from the database of the authorized body in real-time.

Why can the data change?

Changes in amounts (for example, recalculations, annual capitalization of interest, or data updates) occur on the side of the information source. JSC 'Tunduk' only transmits the data it receives from the relevant agency's system at the time of the request. Interference with this data by JSC 'Tunduk' is not possible.

What to do if questions arise?

We understand how important it is to accurately display savings for each citizen. If you notice discrepancies, for detailed information and official clarifications regarding the movement of funds, you should contact the data manager at the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic (hotline - 1202).
