During his working visit to the Issyk-Kul region, the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Talaybek Ibraev, visited the Jyrgalan district, where he familiarized himself with the electrification process of the under-construction ski complex "Ala-Tuu Resort".
He checked the operation of the 35/10 kV "Three Peaks" and 35/6 kV "Jyrgalan" substations, as well as assessed the current state of electrical networks in the area.
The minister also inspected the new building of the Jyrgalan electrical networks section, which will operate as part of the Ak-Suu RES, and instructed to consider the staffing of this unit. Additionally, he promised to provide service vehicles to Ak-Suu RES.
Moreover, the progress of the construction of the Jyrgalan HPP was checked, and the minister received information on the implementation of this project.
In accordance with the directive of President Sadyr Japarov aimed at developing the energy sector and eliminating its deficit, work is being carried out under Ibraev's supervision to ensure the necessary projects with equipment and funding.
In particular, the construction of a 47 km overhead line from the 110 kV "Przhevalsk" substation to the new 110 kV "Ala-Tuu Resort" substation is planned. The design has been completed, the relevant contract has been signed, and the route clarification and coordination of pole installation locations are currently underway. The line will pass through three ayil okmotu — all necessary resolutions have been obtained, and coordination with the forestry department and landowners is ongoing.
A site for the construction of a 110/35/10 kV substation has also been selected, all documents have been prepared, and the coordination stages are continuing. It is noted that all planned projects will be implemented within the established deadlines according to the schedule.
