In Bishkek, employees of the State Tax Service (GNS) conducted raids during which they uncovered facts of storage and sale of alcoholic products without excise stamps. This was reported by the press service of the GNS of Kyrgyzstan.
In one of the trading facilities owned by LLC "Chongqing Hogo," 160 units of alcoholic products of Chinese origin were found, as well as 405 liters of liquid with an alcoholic smell and 124 units of sugar-containing beverages.
In another store known as "Choice of the East," 248 units of alcoholic products without excise stamps, 7 energy drinks, and 266 packs of juices were discovered.
Based on the collected data, relevant tax control acts were drawn up, and necessary measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The State Tax Service reminds that the sale of excise goods without excise stamps is a serious violation of tax legislation and may entail legal liability under the laws of the KR.
