The Federal Tax Service identified about 13,000 units of excise goods without excise stamps.
At the scene, appropriate reports were drawn up, and the collected materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further legal analysis in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The statement emphasizes that the following penalties are provided for the sale of excise goods without excise stamps: for the sale of up to 200 units — a fine of 100,000 soms, and for exceeding this number, more serious consequences may occur, including imprisonment for up to 7 years.
In addition, the STS noted that for the convenience of users, a search function has been implemented in the mobile application Salyk.kg, which includes scanning capabilities and manual data entry for checking information about excise stamps.
