According to the data provided, the Chui Regional Court reviewed 2,150 cases, of which 848 judicial acts were appealed. The confirmation rate of decisions was 73.82 percent.
During the meeting, Satyiev reported that last year the courts of the Chui region handled more than 42,000 cases. Meanwhile, the average stability rate of judicial decisions fluctuated between 60-70 percent. The highest rates of upholding decisions were noted in the Chui Regional Court, as well as in the Tokmok City and Jayil District Courts. In contrast, low rates were observed in the Sokuluk and Panfilov District Courts. Some judges achieved stability rates of 90-100 percent, while the minimum rates were only 25 percent, indicating existing problems with the quality of judicial acts in a number of courts.

“The situation that occurred in the Administrative Court of Osh region should serve as a serious lesson for all of us. Paying salaries to non-existent individuals is a crime against the state budget, for which criminal liability is provided. Also, on February 14, in one of the shopping centers in Bishkek, the senior secretary of the civil cases panel of the Chui Regional Court, A.Zh., was detained on suspicion of fraud and placed in a temporary detention facility. The judicial system must be cleansed of corrupt elements. There should be no place for such facts,” emphasized Mederbek Satyiev.
In conclusion, the chairman stressed that only professionals dedicated to their work and the state should operate within the judicial system. Despite existing staffing issues, the courts must retain true patriots for whom serving the law is a conscious choice.
