In 2025, the Chui Regional Court reviewed 2,150 cases, of which 848 judicial acts were contested. The level of upholding decisions was 73.82 percent.
Additionally, Satiev emphasized that in total, more than 42,000 cases were reviewed in the region's courts, with the average level of stability of judicial decisions varying from 60 to 70 percent. The highest rates of decisions being upheld were observed in the Chui Regional Court, as well as in the Tokmok City and Jayil District Courts. The lowest results were recorded in the Sokuluk and Panfilov District Courts. Some judges had a decision stability rate of 90-100 percent, while others dropped to 25 percent, indicating issues with the quality of judicial acts in several courts.

“Recent events in the Administrative Court of the Osh region should serve as an important lesson for us. Paying salaries to non-existent individuals is a serious violation that threatens the state budget and entails criminal liability. Also, on February 14, the senior secretary of the civil cases panel of the Chui Regional Court, A.Zh., was detained in one of the shopping centers in Bishkek on suspicion of fraud. The judicial system needs to be cleansed of corrupt elements. Such behavior has no place,” noted Mederbek Satiev.
In conclusion of his speech, the chairman emphasized the necessity of having only qualified specialists in the judicial system who are dedicated to their work and their country. Despite staffing challenges, the courts must remain a workplace for true patriots, for whom serving the law is a conscious choice.
