According to information from the press service of the mayor's office, today marks the start of the first phase of the removal of structures built without an approved project.
The construction work on the territory of the TSUM "Aichurek" was found to be inconsistent with the approved project requirements. In this regard, the mayor ordered the dismantling of the metal structures.
During the inspection, it was revealed that the project being carried out by the developer does not comply with the agreed sketch and was not considered at the meetings of the urban planning council. The work is being conducted with deviations from the approved standards, which violates urban planning regulations.
Particular attention is being paid to the fountain area, which was previously located in this territory. Representatives of the TSUM had previously stated their intention to preserve the architectural concept and restore the fountains after the completion of the work. However, the actual construction on the site of the fountains raises doubts about the fulfillment of these commitments. The restoration of the fountain composition is now a mandatory condition for bringing the area into order.
The mayor has given the developer three days for the independent dismantling of the structures before the start of municipal work.
