During the inspection, the mayor noted that the construction near the Migration Services Center (MSC) called "Ai-Churek" does not comply with the approved project and urban planning standards.
“We insist on the demolition of all structures and the restoration of the fountain and green areas to their original state. The aesthetics of the city and public spaces must remain inviolable,” Junushaliev stated.
The mayor also pointed out that the volumes and architectural solutions proposed by the developer cannot be implemented without harming the fountain area. Additionally, he reminded that the city hall has already sent a request to the Ministry of Construction to verify the legality of the Old Bishkek project.
Despite numerous meetings and directives, work continued. In this regard, Junushaliev ordered a temporary halt to the construction of the second-floor roof and gave the developer three days for voluntary dismantling of the problematic structures.
If the dismantling does not begin within the specified time, the land use control department will carry out the work forcibly, with all costs subsequently imposed on the company.

He emphasized that the fountain and the surrounding green area must be preserved unchanged, and any transformations in the city center should only be carried out with consideration of the approved sketches and the interests of local residents.
