In the Moscow District, the issue of closing the Belovodsk Livestock Market has been raised again
The agenda once again included the issue of the closed Belyvodsky livestock market.
As it became known, during a working visit on February 21, the presidential envoy in the region, Azamat Osmonov, familiarized himself with a number of social facilities. Later, a meeting with local residents was held in the district administration's meeting hall, where the issue of the closed livestock market was raised again.
In response, the regional leader emphasized that the closure of the market, which does not meet sanitary requirements, is lawful.
“It is necessary to increase the number of livestock markets in the districts. If the market does not meet sanitary standards, it will be closed,” explained the regional leader.
A resident of Belyvodsky, Jumaly Begaliyev, requested to allocate another location for the livestock market. Osmonov, in turn, noted that markets are already functioning in Sokuluk and Kara-Balta.
“To get to them, we have to travel 50 kilometers…” added Jumaly Begaliyev.
“My policy in the Chuy region is to increase the number of livestock markets. As their number increases, they will compete, which will improve conditions. If you have a need, choose a plot for the construction of the market. However, if the market does not meet sanitary standards, we will not allow its opening,” concluded Azamat Osmonov.
