According to the police, a local resident named T.O. reported to the police department. She stated that she fell victim to a woman named Z.K., who, having gained her trust at the "Orto-Sai" market, deceitfully took 1 million 200 thousand soms from her, promising to bring sportswear from Turkey. After that, the fraudster disappeared.
In connection with this incident, the investigative authorities of the Oktobrskiy district opened a criminal case under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers were able to establish the whereabouts of the suspect, born in 1993, and detain her. She was taken to the investigative authorities, where, according to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed in a temporary detention facility.
