On January 14, a local resident named M.N. reported to the police that she had become a victim of fraudsters operating through the account bella_gadane.kg on Instagram. The perpetrators, having gained her trust, promised to help her "open a path," after which they convinced the woman to transfer 523,366 soms to them via a mobile application. After receiving the money, they blocked her and ceased communication.

Following the incident, the investigative authorities initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational measures, the police were able to establish the identity of the suspect, who turned out to be 30-year-old B.E. She was detained and taken to the investigative department, and then placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
During the arrest, the woman had important evidence seized, including mobile phones, bank cards, advertising materials, and several books, among which were the Quran, an ancient book with symbols resembling a Celtic knot, and a deck of Tarot cards. Also discovered were banknotes that outwardly resembled hundred-dollar bills. All seized items were added to the materials of the criminal case.
