A resident of the city, known as T.O., contacted the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District with a statement that a citizen Z.K., having gained her trust at the Orto-Sai market, deceitfully stole 1 million 200 thousand soms under the pretext of delivering sports clothing from Turkey and then disappeared.
Following this incident, the investigative authorities of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational measures, employees of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District were able to locate and detain the suspect Z.K., born in 1993. She was taken to the investigative authorities, where, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
