Today, Minister Nurdana Oruntaev held a meeting with the shareholders at the site of the residential complex "Kudaybergen." The event was also attended by the deputy ministers, as well as heads of relevant departments and representatives of the company.
According to the ministry, the shareholders purchased apartments in this complex four years ago, but they are still without housing due to the suspension of construction and financial difficulties faced by the developer. Previously, the ministry issued orders to resume work, but due to a lack of funding, the process did not progress.
The management of "Dooolot Kuruulush" transferred the problematic projects to the Ministry of Construction to ensure their completion and the subsequent handover of apartments to the shareholders.
It is worth noting that on January 22, President Sadyr Japarov instructed to conduct an inspection of the construction company's activities following numerous complaints from citizens. According to previous reports, over 1 billion soms were collected from the shareholders, and more than a thousand people were affected. A special working commission is investigating the circumstances of the case.
