In response, the Ministry of Construction issued a warning to the company "Doolot Kurulush," emphasizing the need to resume construction work.
Despite this, financial issues within the company led to the ineffective use of shareholder funds, which became the reason for the work stoppage.
As a result, the company's assets were placed under the control of the President of Kyrgyzstan, and the Ministry of Construction received the corresponding directives.Today, the management of "Doolot Kurulush" transferred all construction sites to the Ministry for the completion of projects.
Oruntaev emphasized that as part of "systematic measures," all company assets will be transferred to the state, and work at the sites will be restored in phases.
"Apartment prices will not exceed market values. A clear schedule for construction work will be created, and the cost of materials will be determined. Shareholder funds will be directed exclusively to construction," the minister noted.
Each contract with shareholders will be reviewed by specialists, and payments will be made according to the updated schedule.The Ministry of Construction promises to make the process of fund utilization and each stage of work transparent, with overall responsibility resting on the agency.
Earlier, on January 22, President Sadyr Japarov instructed to check the activities of the construction company "Doolot Kurulush" following complaints from citizens. It is known that over 1 billion soms were collected from shareholders, and more than a thousand people were affected by the situation. The circumstances of the case are being investigated by a working commission.
