The Ministry of Construction reminded that buyers of housing from this company, who made their investments four years ago, have still not received their apartments.
Previously, the ministry sent several warnings and mandatory orders to the company regarding the need to resume construction. However, due to financial difficulties, the funds of the shareholders were used inefficiently, which led to a suspension of work.
Government authorities will take the assets of OsOO "Doolot Kurulush"
At the moment, the company's management has transferred the construction sites to the Ministry of Construction for the completion of work.
Minister Oruntaev noted that as part of the reforms, the company's assets will be transferred to the state, and construction work is planned to be resumed in stages.
The completion of the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov" is scheduled for the next two years.
Currently, steps are being taken to resume the suspended work within a month, and all relevant documents and contracts are being reviewed.
"The price of the apartments will remain within market conditions. We will develop a clear construction schedule and a calculation of material costs. The funds of the shareholders will be used exclusively for the completion of construction work," added Nurdana Oruntaev.
Contracts with each shareholder will be reanalyzed by specialists, and future payments will be made according to the updated schedule.
According to information from the Ministry of Justice, OsOO "Doolot Kurulush" was registered in 2016. Omorov Bakai Akmatkulovich holds the position of the company's director, and the founder is Moldokunov Kudayberdi Jenishbekovich.
