The minister added that the process of issuing such loans would begin in the coming month. He also noted that the transition to drip irrigation is an important task for the Issyk-Kul region.
“The transition to drip irrigation will increase the inflow of water into Lake Issyk-Kul. Otherwise, if we use all the water for agriculture, it may not reach the lake,” emphasized Bakyt Torobaev, highlighting the need for a complete transition of the region to new irrigation technologies.
