The completion of the work is planned for the Nomad Games
The construction of a bypass road in Cholpon-Ata has begun, as reported by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
This decision was made in connection with the upcoming VI World Nomad Games and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit scheduled for this year.
The road will have four lanes and will stretch for 15.64 km. Construction work is being carried out using parallel design. The project is financed from the state budget, and the contractor is China Road and Bridge Corporation.
