A new social project has been launched in Kyrgyzstan aimed at assisting women and girls who have become victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, as part of the state social order. To this end, a 24-hour hotline 5200 has been established.

According to information from the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, this hotline offers prompt, free, and confidential assistance to victims. Calls to the number 5200 can be made anonymously from any region of the country and through all mobile operators.

The hotline operates around the clock, providing services from professional psychologists and consultants who have undergone special training to work with issues of violence and crisis situations. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Callers can expect psychological support, information on protective measures for their rights, consultations on temporary asylum issues, as well as medical and legal assistance. Additionally, support is also provided to relatives and witnesses of cases of violence.
