The hotline 5200 provides citizens with the opportunity to receive free, anonymous, and confidential assistance. Qualified psychologists and consultants, who have undergone special training to provide support in crisis situations and regarding issues of violence, work on the line.
The hotline operates 24/7, without days off, and is available throughout Kyrgyzstan for all mobile operators.
Main functions of the hotline:
· providing psychological support to victims of violence and exploitation;
· informing about available services and measures to protect the rights of victims;
· consultations on issues of safe living, medical and legal assistance;
· support for relatives and witnesses of violence.
