Citizens will be able to receive free and anonymous assistance by calling the hotline.


The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the launch of a new social project aimed at protecting women and girls who have become victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. The initiative is being implemented as part of the state social order.

According to the Ministry, the 24/7 hotline 5200 has already begun its operations, providing prompt and quality support for victims of violence and exploitation.

On the 5200 hotline, you can receive anonymous, free, and confidential assistance. Professional psychologists and consultants, who have undergone special training in crisis situations and violence, are ready to provide the necessary support.

The hotline is available 24/7 across the entire country through all mobile operators.

The main functions of the hotline include:

• providing psychological support to victims of violence and exploitation;

• informing about available services and measures to protect the rights of victims;

• consultations on medical and legal assistance, as well as safe shelter;

• support for relatives and witnesses of violence.

The Ministry emphasized: "Every call matters. If you have become a victim of violence or have witnessed such cases, do not hesitate to call 5200".
